ستاذة محاظرة في المدرسة العليا للسمعي-البصري و السينما )جامعة قرطاج(، حاصلة على دكتوراه في السينما و السمعي البصري و التلفزيون )باريس-بانتيون- السربون(، و حاصلة على ديبلوم في تصميم الصور، و مخرجة و كاتبة، وباحثة. ناشطة ملتزمة في الساحة الفنية و الثقافية، و مديرة عامة لأيام قرطاج السينمائية )2022( إضافة إلى كونها مديرة عامة للمركز الوطني للسينما و الصورة، و رئيسة جمعية المخرجين التونسيين، ومديرة المهرجان الوطني للسينما، و نائبة رئيس النقابة المستقلة للمخرجين و المنتجين، و رئيسة اتحاد الفنانين التونسيين. حصلت صونية على عدة جوائز من بينها الجائزة الكبرى للدورة الثانية و الخمسين للمهرجان الدولي للمرأة فلورانس )بيرسونا( عن فيلمها الوثائقي «مناضلات» 2015، و جائزة أحسن فيلم طويل روائي ضمن المسابقة الدولية الفيستيكاب )بوراندي 2016(، و الفيستيلاغ )الكوت ديفوار 2018( لعزيز رحو / نرسيس. شاركت أفلامها في العديد من المهرجانات الدولية: أيام قرطاج السينمائية، و الفيسباكو، و مهرجان دبي الدول للفيلم، وسان فرانسيسكو، و نظرات من إفريقيا بكندا، و نمامير، المهرجان المتوسطي لبروكسيل، و مهرجان أفلام المرأة بكروتيل، و بانوراما السينما المغاربية و الشرق الأوسط، و مهرجان تورنتو، و المهرجان الدولي لهيلسنكي… كما عرضت القنوات التلفزية التالية أفلامها: ,TV5 MONDE FR3 Corse, BBC Liban, 2M-Maroc, Al Wataniya 2 et .(TV9-Ettessiaa (Tunisie تعتبر صونية شامخي كاتبة كذلك، فهي مؤلفة لأربع كتب حصلت على العديد من الجوائز الوطنية و القارية منها جائزة «كريديف» للبحث العلمي )2003(، و جائزة «زبيدة بشير» لإبداع النسوي )2008(، و جائزة «كومار» للرواية الأولى )2009(، و ميزة مشرفة لجائزة «نوما» عن الطبعة الإفريقية )2009

Sorbonne), diplômée en Design image, réalisation de film et écriture du scénario, Sonia Chamkhi est cinéaste, écrivaine et chercheure.
Très engagée sur la scène culturelle et artistique, Directrice Gé- nrale des Journées Cinématographiques de Carthage ( JCC 2022), elle a été, en autres, Directrice Générale du Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image (CNCI), Présidente de l’Association des Réalisteurs de Films Tunisiens (ARFT), -Directrice du Festival National du Cinéma, Vice Présidente du Syndicat Indépendant des Réalisateurs Producteurs ) (SIRP) et de l’Union des Artistes Tunisiens
Récipiendaire, entre autres, du grand prix (Awards) de la 52ème édition du Festival International de Femmes de Florence (PERSONA) pour son documentaire Militantes en
2015 et des Trophées du Meilleur long métrage de fiction catégorie Internationale, du FESTICAB (Burundi 2016) et du FES- TILAG (Côte d’Ivoire 2018) pour Aziz Rouhou / Narcisse, ses films ont été sélectionnés à de nombreuses compétitions interna- tionales dont les Journées Cinématographiques de Carthage, le FESPACO, Dubai International Film, San Francisco, Vue d’Afriques, Namur, Festival Mediterrannéen de Bruxelles, Festival des films de Femmes de Créteil, Panorama des ci- némas du Maghreb et du Moyen Orient, Festival de Toronto, Festival …International de Helsinki

Sonia Chamkhi is a Lecturer at the Superior School of audiovisual and Cinema (ESAC, University of Carthage), a graduate in image design, film direction and scriptwriting.
She is Highly involved in the cultural and artistic scene. She has served as the General Director of the Carthage Film Festival (JCC 2022). Among her various roles, she has been the General Director of the National Center for Cinema and Image (CNCI), President of the Tunisian Film Directors Association (ARFT), Director of the National Film Festival, Vice-President of the Independent Union of Directors Producers (SIRP), and of the Union of Tunisian Artists (UAT). Sonia Chamkhi is the Winner of the Grand Prix (Awards) of the 52nd edition of the Florence International Women’s Festival (PERSONA) for her documentary Militant Women in 2015 and the Trophies for Best Feature Film, International category, of the FESTICAB (Burundi 2016) and FESTILAG (Ivory Coast 2018) for Aziz Rouhou / Narcissus.
